Between Day and Night
Motherhood is not just a responsibility. It is a journey of discovering your own strength, wisdom, and potential. It is your own definition of motherhood success.
Many mothers feel that their world becomes smaller once they dedicate themselves fully to their children and home. I once felt that way, too. But over time, I discovered a powerful truth: motherhood is not a barrier. It can become a key to strength, creativity, and achievement. It can become a path toward success in motherhood.
My days have always belonged to the greatest blessing in my life: my children. Every moment of the day is dedicated to caring for them, supporting them, and building a loving home.
But my nights became something different.
When my children fall asleep, and the house grows quiet, another part of my life begins.
Those late hours became my time to think, create, and grow. Slowly, my home transformed into a place not only for family life, but also for personal growth and professional development.
My Personal Journey: Turning Nighttime into Opportunity
This journey did not happen overnight.
During the day, I am fully devoted to my children and my responsibilities at home. There simply isn’t enough time to work on my personal projects or build my professional vision.
So I turned to the nights.
When the house becomes quiet and my children are asleep, I use those hours to build my empire. Not just through learning. I am already an architect and graphic designer. I use that time for creating, researching, planning, and developing new projects that slowly shaped my idea of success in motherhood.
Step by step, those quiet hours became a space for growth. A space where ideas slowly turned into something tangible.
My home evolved into my workspace, my creative studio, and the launchpad for projects that eventually reached far beyond my walls.
Like many mothers, I faced challenges: exhaustion, overwhelming responsibilities, and moments when progress felt slow. But I persisted, knowing that even small, consistent efforts can create meaningful change and bring me closer to my own vision of motherhood success.
Over time, those nighttime hours allowed me to grow professionally, expand my skills, and transform my ambitions into achievements.
Today, I can confidently say that much of what I have built in my career began during those silent nights at home.
Discovering Inner Strength
I came to the realization of a true treasure. Every mother already carries powerful tools within herself:
- Patience
• Perseverance
• Creativity
• Adaptability
Motherhood develops these qualities every single day, and I happened to hit the jackpot when I chose to invest those same qualities in myself.
Through my own experience, I discovered that quiet moments allow deeper focus and creativity. Continuous learning strengthens confidence and decision-making. Understanding basic psychology helps mothers better support their children and navigate challenges with greater wisdom. Furthermore, small personal achievements build self-belief and motivation, which lead you to success.
Even one hour each night dedicated to creating, learning, or developing a project can slowly transform both your mindset and your future. Which is why I decided to walk down that lane and aim for my personal success.
Keep in mind that knowledge is powerful. It fuels growth, strengthens independence, and helps mothers become stronger leaders within their families and communities.
Turning Your Home into a Platform for Creativity
Many women believe they need perfect circumstances to begin something meaningful. At one point, I believed that too.
But over time, I began to realize that some of the most meaningful beginnings happen exactly where we are.
For me, home did not have to be a limitation. Slowly, it became the place where my ideas started to grow.
Through my own experience, a few small changes made a real difference.
I created a small personal workspace at home, even if it was just a simple and cozy corner where I could sit, think, and work.
I also learned to organize my time more realistically. Balance was never perfect, but I discovered that consistent small efforts slowly lead to progress.
Most importantly, I began using the skills and interests I already had. Design, research, creative thinking, and project development gradually turned into opportunities I had not imagined before.
Looking back, I realized that many meaningful ideas begin quietly at home, long before they grow into something much larger.
Advice for Mothers in the Arab Region
In many Arab cultures, mothers carry significant responsibilities within the family and household. For a long time, I felt the weight of those responsibilities myself. But over time, I began to realize that these same responsibilities could also become opportunities for personal growth.
Through my own journey, I found that the quiet nighttime hours gave me space to develop ideas and slowly work on personal and professional projects.
I also began keeping notes of my thoughts, goals, and small achievements. Writing things down helped me see progress more clearly and kept me motivated during moments when everything felt slow.
Another thing that helped me was learning more about psychology. It allowed me to understand my children better and approach family challenges with more patience and awareness.
I also discovered the value of connecting with other women, sharing experiences, and learning from one another.
These are small things I experimented with along the way, but they made a meaningful difference for me. Over time, I realized that when mothers grow intellectually and emotionally, they move closer to their own definition of motherhood success while also contributing to stronger families and communities.
The Transformation
For me, this routine has continued for years.
What began as small nighttime learning and project-building sessions gradually helped me grow professionally, develop projects, and expand my work internationally.
My home became the starting point of my professional path and creative vision.
Looking back, I realize something important.
Motherhood did not stop my ambitions.
In many ways, it helped shape them.
The Ladder of Success
Every mother carries incredible strength within her.
Motherhood does not close doors. It can open new ones.
Through learning, creativity, and perseverance, home can become the foundation for building something meaningful and impactful.
Sometimes the quiet hours of the night are where the biggest dreams begin.
My own journey is proof that even from home, step by step, a woman can build a future far greater than she once imagined.
What started as quiet nights of creating, learning, and building eventually became the foundation of my professional path and the creation of Mirvatte Architect & Design. A reminder that even the smallest beginnings at home can one day reach the world.
From One Mother to Another
Life will never have a perfect balance. There will always be ups and downs.
But never give up on yourself.
Every woman carries something special within her.
And sometimes, the journey to discovering that strength begins quietly at home, slowly shaping your own path toward success in motherhood.
